WHAT ABOUT HOME ROAD NAZ?
We were the first Church of the Nazarene organized in the Springfield, OH area just over one hundred years ago. Though our location has changed over the years, as well as our faces, our commitment to love, serve and pray for the community around us has remained steadfast. Our desire is to be the hands and feet of Jesus to a world that just needs to know they are not forgotten.
OUR MISSION
We believe each person is created to have a purpose and experience significance. Additionally, together our community of faith has a purpose. We believe that our mission and purpose is to make Christ-like disciples in the nations beginning with our neighbors. Jesus' words are recorded in Matthew 28:19 where he says, "Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit" (NLT).
