Keith Sarver: 

Keith and Pamela have been married 40+ years and have ministered at Home Road Naz for 20 years.  They have two daughters, Stephanie and Ashley. Stephanie is married to Kyle,  a Nazarene Pastor in Bethel, Ohio. They have three children, Kaitlyn, Noah & Samuel. Stephanie is a 4th grade teacher.  Ashley is married to Jacob.  They have a daughter named Amelia. Ashley is an entertainer at Dollywood and teaches at Johnson University. Keith graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary. He has pastored in Michigan and Ohio. A Clark County native, Keith enjoys trains, tractors, trucks, and playing a little disc golf. Preaching the Word and prayer are his ministry passions. Pamela is the Administrative Assistant at the church.  Keith & Pamela enjoy spending time with family, being grandparents and camping!

Missy Sipes:  

Missy is a graduate  of Mt. Vernon Nazarene University. She and her husband Brandon have been married for 10+ years and have two very energetic children. Missy has been blessed to serve at Springfield First Church since 2004. Serving children and teaching them the love of Jesus is one of her greatest joys.

Rick Lee James:  

Rick Lee James is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University. Rick is a worship leader, singer and songwriter, speaker, author, and Podcast host with over two decades of experience in ministry. Over the years Rick has used music to share the gospel in numerous venues from the National Worship Leader Conference to the world famous Ryman Auditorium. Rick is an accomplished songwriter and recording artist with a number of songs published by Lifeway Worship. As host of the podcast “Voices In My Head”, Rick has worked with Jason Gray, Andrew PetersonSara Groves, Paul Baloche, All Sons and Daughters, Michael CardBrian ZahndTripp York, Brothers McClurg, Brett McCracken, Ian Morgan Cron, Steven Tobolowsky, Walter Brueggemann and many more. Rick's Book, "Out of the Depths: A Songwriter's Journey Through The Psalms" was published in 2013 and has been used as a textbook for the National Praise and Worship Institute in Nashville Tennessee.
